The institute of Paramedical Science was founded on 30 , December 1991. It was first located at B. O. C college, Thathone Street , Kamayout Townships , Yangon. In 2001 , it was moved to Aung San , Insein. Since , it was established in 1994, the Head and staff have conducted first year B.Med.Tech course and run the Botany Department of the Institute of Medicine (1) till .
